Swift glams it up with new dual-tone paintwork
In keeping with the month of passion and self-expression, Suzuki Auto South Africa is excited to unveil three new dual-tone paint options for its popular fourth-generation Swift.
The new fourth-generation Swift, featuring dual-tone paint, is now available for order at all Suzuki dealerships.
Launched to our shores in November 2024, this award-winning Japanese hatchback sports a distinctive exterior that sets itself apart from its predecessor courtesy restyled headlight clusters with L-shaped signature lamps, an oval radiator grille with a piano black finish and a new bumper home to a more pronounced lower intake.
Further upping its street cred is a clamshell bonnet with shut-lines blending into an exaggerated shoulder line, blacked-out A/B-pillars (elements essential to the vehicle’s iconic ‘floating roof’ design) and a sculpted tailgate with an integrated spoiler and high-level brake lamp. Finishing things off in style are 3D LED tail light clusters and a wide-set rear bumper fitted with horizontal reflector panels.
From its introduction the Swift has been available in seven attention-grabbing hues: Luster Blue Pearl, Novel Orange Pearl, Black Pearl, Splendid Silver Pearl, Magma Grey Metallic, Sizzling Red Metallic and Arctic White Pearl.
Going forward, customers now have the opportunity to dial-in more visual sizzle by specifying one of three striking dual-tone paint options: Arctic White Pearl and Black Pearl, Luster Blue Pearl and Black Pearl, and Sizzling Red Pearl and Black Pearl. In each case, a coat of Black Pearl paint is applied to the hatchback's roof and side mirrors.
“A large part of the fourth-generation Swift’s appeal is down to its exterior design language,” says Brendon Carpenter, Brand Marketing Manager of Suzuki Auto South Africa.
“Best described as both youthful and energetic, it's a vehicle that resonates amongst a broad spread of South African motorists. These new dual-tone paint options – available on GL, GL+ and GLX model grades – massage a little more flair and exclusively into the mix and will attract the attention of customers seeking to stand out from the crowd.”
