Extended warranty terms for the entire FUSO Trucks range

PRETORIA: FUSO Trucks is ending 2019 with a notable bang, proving that Simply Better Trucks is not just a brand philosophy, but a promise that it is determined to firmly deliver on.

4-year/240 000 kilometre warranty for FA range
The leading original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is excited to announce that with effect from 01 October 2019, it has taken yet another bold step to extend the warranty terms of its entire truck range as follows:

4-year/240 000 kilometres for the FA range
4-years/300 000 kilometres for the FI, Fighter and FJ range

This is an additional feather in FUSO’s cap, subsequent to the decision the brand took earlier in April to extend the warranty terms of its Canter range to 4-years/240 000 kilometres - with the exception of the FG range. Prior to this extension, the warranty term for the entire truck range was 2-years/unlimited kilometres.

This game-changing move signifies the brand’s tenacity to stay close to its customers and align its offering to their demands. It also demonstrates the confidence that this Daimler Brand has in the performance of its entire product offering.

Ziyad Gaba, Head of FUSO Trucks said: “As FUSO Trucks, we made a commitment to continue to review trends, solicit customer feedback and sharpen our pencil where necessary to offer Simply Better Trucks. I am happy to say the extended warranty is a true testament of the team’s tireless efforts to meet the needs of our customers.”

The extended warranty also includes bumper-to-bumper coverage, excluding the usual wear and tear items. Gaba concluded: “The new warranty offers up to 1460 care-free days and this is complete peace of mind, making us a true solution provider”.
